Our Story

Born From a Vision to Serve

Pearls in the City was founded by Mandy Molly with a burning desire to serve those who are often overlooked, marginalized, or affected by poverty, abuse, exploitation, and social injustice.

The name "Pearls in the City" reflects a profound truth: just as a pearl is formed through pressure and time, every person who has experienced hardship carries the potential for extraordinary beauty and resilience. We exist to help that beauty emerge.

As a project of the Happy Destination Foundation, our work extends nationally and internationally, partnering with local communities, organizations, and leaders to address some of the most pressing social challenges of our time.
